Our African Presence
Our workshop is in Bamako, Mali located centrally within the highly active West African region. We also operate a number of on-site facilities at our client’s operations in Western, Eastern and Central Africa.
Employee Recruitment and Training
Our people are our greatest asset. We invest substantially in recruiting employees with the skills and cultural fit to join our team – enthusiasm and a willingness to constantly look to how something can be done better is as important as competence in completing their roles.
We provide our employees with ongoing training and support to ensure they maintain their knowledge and skills in line with changes to technologies and equipment upgrades. All employees undertake a compulsory bi-annual training refresher courses and regular training programs keep skills and knowledge up-to-date.
